LOADING VISITS FROM YOUR SEASON CARD TO A GATEWAY CARD
If you purchased a Bristol Mountain Season Card product we bet that you’re excited to put your visits to use this season. On this page we will walk you through the process of how to load visits with your Season Card Number on to your Gateway Card(s).
When you purchase a Season Card you are assigned a Season Card Number. Your unique Season Card Number is assigned a certain number of visits based on the Season Card product that you purchased.
For example, if you purchased a 1,200’ Vertical Card your Season Card Number was assigned 12 visits that can be loaded on a Gateway Card during any of our operating hours. If you purchased a Cosmoz Card your Season Card Number was assigned 2 8-hour lift tickets that can be loaded on a Gateway Card any day (except from between open to 4pm on Saturdays) and 4 twilight lift tickets that can be loaded for an arrival any day after 4pm.
When you are looking to plan your first visit to Bristol Mountain you will need to assign visits from your Season Card to the Gateway Cards (Bristol Mountain’s RFID ticket technology) for yourself and any other guests wishing to visit in order to access the lifts. Visits from a Season Card can be assigned to multiple Gateway Cards.
3 important things you’ll need when loading your tickets on to your Gateway Card:
- WTP Number: is a unique set of numbers and letters that is assigned to each Gateway Card and is printed on the bottom front of the card.
- Season Card Number: is a unique number assigned to a Season Card Product purchase.
- Gateway Card: Bristol Mountain’s RFID ticket technology that allows guests to access the lift
How to load tickets from a Season Card to a Gateway Card:
To assign visits from your Season Card to Gateway Cards you start the process by visiting BristolMountain.com/Reload.
When the webpage loads you will be prompted to enter the WTP Number of the Gateway Card that you are wishing to load with visits. Each Gateway Card has a unique WTP Number that is printed on the bottom front of the card.
This WTP Number is different from your Season Card Number and is unique to each Gateway Card. Enter your WTP Number in the box and not your Season Card Number.
When you have entered your WTP Number click “Lookup” and then select “Season Card Redemptions”. Click on the type of Season Card that you are wishing to assign a visit from.
Select the date and time that you wish to visit and add the item to your cart. When the item is added to your cart to the right of the product description there will be a place to enter the Season Card Number. This is the number associated with your Season Card Product and not the WTP number that is unique to each Gateway Card.
Type in your Season Card Number and click the Green Checkbox to reduce the price to $0.
On the checkout page, you must add the purchaser details by selecting “Change/Set Purchaser” and logging into your online account. Once your guest record is added as the purchaser you can finalize your sale. No credit card is required for $0 purchases. After finalization, accept the Liability and Policies page. When you have completed the checkout process your Gateway Card is loaded with a visit for the date and time that you selected. Now you’re ready to hit the slopes and head directly to the lift!
