Bristol Mountain offers an array of dining services including two base lodges with a variety of cafeteria-style eateries, summit grilling, and the only slopeside waffle house in the Northeast.

The Cannery

Rocket Lodge

The market-style Carver’s Kitchen provides you with creative and healthy selections from the Galaxy Grille served at the Rocket Grill to Taste of Home with chef inspired specialties to the design your own burrito bar at Rio Bristol or enjoy house made soups and chili at the Hot Pot station.

The Rocket Lodge is located at the base of the mountain and is open daily during the winter operating season. The 1st level offers free WI-FI and seating for picnics and coolers. The 2nd level is reserved for Carver’s Kitchen and Satellite Lounge patrons.

Satellite Lounge

Adults, ages 21 and older, will enjoy a cocktail and select from a limited  selection of appetizers offered in the Satellite Lounge located on the 2nd level of the Rocket Lodge.

Morning Star Café

Built in 2008, the Morning Star Café is a quaint, comfortable, and picturesque slopeside waffle house that features homemade Belgian waffles, locally produced maple syrup, and an assortment of nourishing drinks and juices.

The Morning Star Café is located mid-mountain nestled between the Nova and Morning Star trails. Subject to trail access, the Café is open Fridays from 10 am-2 pm and weekends from 9 am-2 pm mid-December through mid-March.

Sunset Lodge

The Sunset Kitchen offers easy-on-the-pocket, healthy choices. Select from an all-American menu of homemade soup and chili, macaroni & cheese, hotdogs, and french fries. Free WI-FI is available in the seating area of the Sunset Lodge.

The Sunset Lodge is located at the base of the mountain and is open daily during our peak operating season which runs mid-December through mid-March. Hours are subject to change depending on skier and snowboarder attendance.

Summit Grille

The Summit Grille,  located on the Summit Center Deck is easily accessible after unloading from the Comet Express high-speed quad and provides an outdoor opportunity to grab a quick bite between runs. Limited selection of beverages and burgers available. Operation is weather dependent with picnic tables available on the Summit Center deck or inside the Summit Demo/Nordic Center.  Free WI-FI is available in the Summit Center.

Event Center

Constructed in the Fall 2011, the Event Center is utilized for special events such as races and freestyle competitions and is open at peak times for seating, picnicking, free WI-FI and limited vending. The Event Center is located south of the Sunset Lodge with easy access from the parking lot to the lifts.
