DESCRIPTION:FEATURING ATHLETES FROM TEAM USA & TEAM CHINA \nSpectating for non-skiers and riders will be allowed for the scheduled Team China training session on Sunday. Spectators who are on the slopes will be able to view the event from the Sunset Trail as long as they have a valid pass for the day. \nWe are pleased to announce that US Ski & Snowboard Team Freestyle Aerial athletes Chris Lillis and Patrick O’Flynn from Bristol Mountain will also jump during this training session and be available to meet with spectators. \nThis is a ticketed event. There is no charge but space is limited for pedestrian foot traffic. Those in the community wishing to attend this event are required to pre-register if not skiing or snowboarding. Visit https://store.bristolmountain.com/E-Commerce/ and click on Spectator Registration. There is no fee however the printable voucher must be presented at the event site for foot traffic admission. \nBackground Information:\nThis season Bristol Mountain opened its new Freestyle Aerial Jump Training Facility\, which will allow for world class athletes to train at one of only three sanctioned Freestyle Aerial training sites in the United States. The other sites are located at Olympic training centers in Lake Placid and Park City. Of the three\, Bristol Mountain is the only site where guests can ski right up to the training site and watch top Freestyle. The first national team to utilize the training site is Team China who will be training at Bristol Mountain for a total of seven weeks in preparation for the FIS World Cup Freestyle Aerial completion in Lake Placid on January 19th. Xuo Mengtao\, who claimed the Silver Medal in the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games\, is one of the amazing Freestyle Aerial athletes training at Bristol Mountain.

DESCRIPTION:Legend* has it that only the most hardcore and dedicated Bristol Mountain faithful skip the Black Friday madness and head to Bristol Mountain to test their conditioning and earn their Blue Suspenders. \nHow can you earn your Blue Suspenders? \nRegister for the event and make it to the summit of Bristol Mountain via Rocket. The event will take place rain (snow?!) or shine. Whatever the condition of the trail is**\, you will need to make it to the summit. Blue Suspenders are earned\, not given. \nBe a part of the Second Annual Blue Suspender Expedition and earn your Blue Suspenders and a custom 2018 Expedition Pin on Friday\, November 23rd. \nDate: Friday\, November 23rd\nTime: 8am (Registration)\, 9am (Event Start)\nPrice: $40 Registration \nEvery new participant who successfully completes the challenge will earn a pair of high-quality American Made Blue Suspenders and a custom 2018 Expedition Pin to start their collection. Each year participants who have successfully earned their Blue Suspenders in years past will be able to earn a new custom pin to add to their suspenders. Refreshments will be served at the summit of the mountain around the bonfire. \nThose who already made it into the Blue Suspender Club are encouraged to wear their suspenders and pin to the event. \nREGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE ONLINE AND IS LIMITED \n\nOnline registration closes out at midnight on 11/22/2018 if the event is not sold out before then. \nEVENT LOGISTICS \nExpedition will start from the base of the mountain near the Comet Express and we will follow the same route that we did last year Lower Galaxy > Upper Galaxy > Ursa Minor. There is snow on the trail so please come prepared. There will be a path groomed down by a snowmobile to follow up the mountain. Remember\, you have to EARN your suspenders.  \nA friendly reminder that expedition participants will need to find their own way down the mountain.  \n\nIf you have friends or family who aren’t participating in the event they can drive up to the summit via South Hill Road to meet you (and watch you earn your Blue Suspenders!).\nYou can walk down the mountain (Hale Bopp > Milky Way > Eclipse >Infinity) although please be advised there is also snow on this trail (there are snowmobile paths on these trails to make it easier).\nKeep your fingers crossed\, it looks like you might want to think about bringing along your ski/snowboard gear. The summit center will be open prior to the event if you would like to drop off any equipment that you might need. If the mountain is open you could always hike up and then ski/ride down…\n\nExpedition will end at the fire pit by the Summit Center where participants will sign their name in the official Blue Suspender Ledger and be awarded their Blue Suspenders (new 2018 class members) and pin (previous participants). \nThere will be hot chocolate and a selection of expanded refreshments at the summit as a reward for all of your hard work. DESCRIPTION:This event provides kids the opportunity to come check out Bristol Mountain and gives them a chance to get creative and active – starting their day by participating in a fun craft and ending it by climbing on obstacle courses and ziplines! \nAges 4-7\nWe will meet at 10am* for a craft project (approximately 30 minutes) and then head out to the Kids Adventure Park for an hour of climbing. The cost for the program is only $25 a session. \nAges 8-11\nWe will meet at 10am* for a craft project (approximately 30 minutes) and then head out to the 2 Yellow Courses in the Aerial Adventure Park for an hour of climbing. The cost for the program is only $32 a session. Kids can upgrade to a 3-hour climbing ticket for an extra $20. \nFor a list of upcoming craft projects visit:\nhttp://www.bristolmountainadventures.com/craft-climb/ \nPlease call (585) 374-1180 for reservations. DESCRIPTION:Sunday – All Day\nThe price is $125 for a family of 3\, and $42 for each additional family member.  It includes 2 hours of ride time and rentals. Limited group instruction will be available on the Lil Bro.  Participants must be of the same immediate family and include at least one parent. \n\n\nNotes About Speed: We will run the cable slow from 10am-1pm for the Learn to Ride Program and beginners.  The cable will be running at normal speed from 4-8pm.  The speed will be based on the ability level of that days guests from 1-4pm.
