The mission is to find the five bigfoot camps set up on the mountain’s green circle trails and help us break them up. Get mission clearance at each camp on your card from one of our special ops staff stationed on the mountain. Bring the card back to headquarters on Rocket Lodge patio for a prize. Be vigilant while on the hunt! One Bigfoot will be roaming the mountain and if you snag a picture of him to show back at headquarters you will earn a bonus point. \nHurry! You only have from 11am – 2pm to finish the mission. \nDo you have what it takes to help save Bristol Mountain? \nThe Bigfoot Hunt is free to participate. You will need a valid lift ticket to access the slopes. The event is designed for younger skiers and riders (12 and under).

DESCRIPTION:Have you earned your suspenders yet?\nJoin us for the 7th annual Blue Suspender Expedition. \n\nPlease note! We’ve had a high level of interest in the event this year and we may run out of suspenders to award. Instead of closing off registration to the event we have opted to mail suspenders to participants after the event if we do run out. We encourage you to continue to sign-up! \nBlue Suspender Legend\n \nLegend* has it that only the most hardcore and dedicated Bristol Mountain faithful skip the Black Friday madness (is that still a thing anymore?!) and head to Bristol Mountain to test their conditioning and earn their Blue Suspenders. \nRegister for the event and make it to the summit of Bristol Mountain via Galaxy. The event will take place rain\, snow\, or shine. We’ve had all three. Whatever the condition of the trail is**\, you will need to make it to the summit. Blue Suspenders are earned\, not given. \nBe a part of the Seventh Annual Blue Suspender Expedition and earn a custom 2023 Expedition Pin on Friday\, November 24th. Every participant who successfully completes the challenge will earn a custom 2023 Expedition Pin to continue their collection. New participants will be awarded their Blue Suspenders at the summit and welcomed into the Blue Suspender Class of 2023. \nEvent Information\nDate: Friday\, November 24th\nTime: 8am (Registration)\, 9am (Event Start)\nPrice: $25 (Previous participants\, blue suspenders not included)\n$35 (through November 17th\, new event participants\, includes initiation into the Blue Suspender Class of 2023)\n$45 (November 18th – 24th\, new event participants\, includes initiation into the Blue Suspender Class of 2023) \nThose who already made it into the Blue Suspender Club are encouraged to wear their suspenders and pin to the event. \nYou will need to submit an assumption of risk in order to participate in the Expedition. Save yourself some time at registration by submitting the form ahead of time. \nFill-out Assumption of Risk Form \nPost-Expedition Celebration\n \nJoin us at the summit for a post-expedition celebration. Watch as your teammates successfully complete the challenge and are awarded their suspenders with the blue sparkle ski pole. Gather around the fire and enjoy a beverage while you celebrate your accomplishment with your teammates. \nEvent registration will include breakfast sandwiches and beverages (hot cocoa\, coffee\, beer…the perfect post-holiday combination) at the summit. \nLooking to join us for the summit celebration but not willing to complete the expedition? Purchase the Non-Participant Breakfast Package for $18 and enjoy a breakfast sandwich and beverages while you wait for your friends and family to conquer the mountain and be awarded their Blue Suspenders. This package must be purchased in advance (there will be no point of sale available at the summit on the day of the event). \nExpedition Route\nThe 7th Annual Blue Suspender Expedition will follow the original route set forth by our inaugural 2017 Blue Suspender Class Members. The expedition will commence promptly at 9am from the meeting point at the Comet Express Lift and proceed across the base of Lower Meteor\, up Saturn to Lower Galaxy\, Upper Galaxy\, across Space Walk to the Summit Center & the post-expedition celebration. \n \nYou will need to find your own way down the mountain.\nA friendly reminder that expedition participants will need to find their own way down the mountain. If you have friends or family who aren’t participating in the event they can drive up to the summit via South Hill Road to meet you (and watch you earn your Blue Suspenders!). Alternately\, you can take a stroll down the access road (Hale Bopp > Milky Way > Eclipse >Infinity) or any other way down the mountain you choose (we’ve even had participants hike with their gear and ski down when we’ve been open!). \n*Legend established 2017. \n**If Bristol Mountain is open and operating and Galaxy is open for skiing an equally challenging alternative route will be established.
