Bristol Mountain has initiated a contest where the prize is an Single Executive Season pass good for the 2010-11 season.  By submitting your cell phone number along with the name of your cell phone service provider into the field located on www.bristolmountain.com you are entered into the contest.  You can also text the word BristolMT to 42227 and you will be entered as well.  There can only be one entry per cell phone number.  The winner will be drawn on April 15, 2010. If you cannot of text on your cell phone and wish to enter please email your cell phone number to marketing@bristolmt.com to be entered in the contest. Official Rules for Mobile

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Void where restricted by law.

1.    Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. who are 13 years of age or older. Employees of Bristol Mountain, Clark CSM or Tipping Point Media affiliates, advertising, or promotion, security, cleaning, and other leased employee agencies and their immediate families or persons residing in the same household of each are not eligible.

Entry:  If any entry rule is violated, all entries from that person or mobile phone address become null and void. 

How to Enter: Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time Friday January 15, 2010 and ends at midnight Eastern Time on  Wednesday, March 31, 2010. To enter, A text message containing the word “bristolmt,” Bristol or Bristal, must be sent to the short code 42227 during the contest period. This contest will be executed through the LSN text messaging platform. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Bristol Mountain and any of their subsidiaries are not responsible or liable for inability to enter due to technology malfunction, inability to interface with the LSN text messing platform or in accessibility of a text platform.

2.    Selection of winner:  All eligible entries will be entered into a random drawing conducted on or about Thursday, April 15, 2010.  Winner will notified via text message or phone call no later than five business days following the end of the contest period. Prize winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, advertising and liability release day of notification or prize will be forfeited.  Winners must be able to provide either a Social Security Card, birth certificate, or an official photo ID (New York State License, Official State ID, or Military ID) to verify age and residency. Verification could take up to one hour as identification is verified, waiver/agreement forms are signed at Bristol Mountain. If travel to Bristol Mountain is determined by Bristol Mountain to be an extreme difficulty, arrangements will be made to conduct the verification process by mail. If the winner does not provide adequate verification, then they forfeit winning and another random drawing will be held to determine a winner.  Judges’ decisions are final
 

3.    Grand Prize:

·       One 2010-2011 season pass to Bristol Mountain which would entitle the winner to unlimited lift access to Bristol Mountain during the 2010-2011 season. Actual dates to be determined at a later date and in conjunction with regular business hours and condition availability. The winner will be required to have a photo taken for season pass usage.  This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash value. Bristol Mountain or any of its subsidiaries will not assume liability or responsibility for injury or loss associated with the redemption of this prize. Participation in skiing or snowboarding at Bristol Mountain is at the risk of the participant and appropriate legal documentation is required at the time of prize redemption. Failure to comply with facility waiver signage will result in prize forfeiture.

·       In the event that the winner is not 18 years of age, a waiver must be signed as part of the prize redemption process by a parent or legal guardian.  Inability to provide appropriate legal permission by the winner will result in prize forfeiture.

·       Estimated cash value is $679 based on published 2009-10 season pass value. Prize value may vary and be based 2010-11 rates. Cannot redeem prize for cash.

·       No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.  Taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Limit of one prize per household or family.

4.    Notification: Winner will be drawn on approximately Thursday, April 15, 2010.   Winners will be notified within five business days  of drawing, and may be required to execute and pick up prize within 5 business days of notification the affidavit of eligibility and liability, and where legal, a publicity release. Failure to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and release within 5 business days of notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and Bristol Mountain may award it to an alternate winner. Redemption voucher at the Bristol Mountain administrative offices, at the address shown below. By participating in this promotion and submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges. By entering the contest, winners agree to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents, directors, and representatives for any and all claims, including but not limited to personal injury or loss that may occur from the voluntary participation in this contest or from the receipt or use of any prize, and grant to Sponsors the right to publicize such winner's name and/or likeness without additional compensation or consideration unless prohibited by law.
 

5.    General Conditions: Sponsors, their affiliates, employees, agents, directors and representatives are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest-related materials; stolen, late, lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage due or illegible entries. Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives, or any telephone network or internet service providers are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss of entry information for any reason whatsoever. If, in the Sponsor's exclusive judgment, this promotion becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the promotion offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the promotion. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its agents. In the event of dispute, electronic entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the mobile phone address at the time of the sweepstakes. The authorized account holder is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the mobile phone. The judges reserve the right to verify eligibility qualifications of winners and to disqualify any individual they find be acting in violation of the Official Rules. Decisions of contest sponsor judges, at Bristol Mountain or LSN Mobile are final.
