Bristol Mountain Resort is an ideal location for weddings, banquets, conferences, or business meetings offering indoor and outdoor settings. Whether an afternoon gathering for ten or a week-long conference for 200, our facilities and staff will assist you in every way possible to make your event an absolute success!

From simple picnics to sophisticated luncheons and full buffet dinners with carving stations, hors d'oeuvres receptions, our events staff will help you find something to suit your every need.

Our menus represent the more popular items. If you have a request, we will be delighted to prepare it for your party. We will be glad to arrange floral, audio visual, music instrument, photography, and bakery arrangements for your party as well.

Picnics

Bring your family and friends to the mountain for a relaxing day in the country! There is plenty of open space during the spring, summer, and fall -- a perfect setting for picnics. Spacious indoor seating and scenic outdoor decks are available. Outdoor games and a playground also offered. A chairlift ride to the mountain summit provides the perfect memory to cap off your day (available during the Fall Sky Rides schedule).

Event Reservations

A guaranteed number of guests are required four days prior to the event to determine the billing amount. We will prepare for 5% over the guarantee. All food and beverage prices are subject to 7.5 % sales tax and 18% service charge. A deposit is required with the full balance due on the day of the event. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, check, or cash.
